Catapult Session

+ 1 month support

You and Samantha will use an extensive intake form to co-create a protocol for you to reduce your symptoms by creating a solid foundation of support for your body via lifestyle.

 

This session is intended to catapult you in the direction you need in order to make clear lifestyle changes.

 

This is perfect for someone who needs guidance and/or someone who wants to "dip their toe in the water" in terms of working with Samantha.

 

What you receive: 

 

  • An extensive Intake Form to fill out prior to your session.

  • A 90-minute session to go over your intake form and create a protocol. 

  • Stress Masterclass video.

  • 1 month of Voxer support.

  • A 30-minute wrap-up session.

Balanced & Grounded

(a gentle detox)

An 8-week gentle detox to reduce inflammation quickly, support your gut health, and create healthy habits around food.

You will not starve on this gentle detox. You will eat plenty of real, nourishing food and figure out the types of food that fuel you and the foods that drain you.

You will learn to listen to your body and create a lifestyle that works for you.

Samantha will provide a high level of support, including bi-weekly video call check-ins.

Prevention Session

Gut Testing, Results, and Recommendations: This is a 60-minute session reviewing your GI MAP  (test included in pricing).

I recommend taking a gut test once a year for ongoing support and prevention.

This is an excellent way to make sure that your body has a solid foundation of health to support your hormones, fertility, mood, brain, and energy as well as reduce symptoms of menopause.
